This isn’t a project of mine, it’s actually of a list of resources for community based non-profits that I think are worth supporting. I have it here to make it easily shareable.

Organizations that focus on community sourced resource distribution.

Means of Production
Organizations that focus on providing access to tools, materials, and the means of production.
- Vancouver Hack Space
- A makerspace (community workshop) that provides tools, materials, and community support to make and repair things.
- Cost is never a barrier, VHS is a nonprofit and membership fees go to rent and upkeep, pay-what-you-can offered.
- Receives donations which are given for free to members so, long as they aren’t resold.
- vancouver Tool Library
- A community tool library that provides tool loans to members for free.
- Membership costs operate on a pay-what-you-can model.
Third Spaces
Organizations that provide community support, places of encounter, and information resources.

- A community library providing resources and workspace BIPOC community members.
